Colonel J Fred Scott Elementary has had the opportunity to host a dance residency through Sound Kreations. A professional dance instructor has been coming to our school to teach the students a variety of dances. The students are learning about Krunk, Latin style, and Bollywood dances in the program. The dance residency runs from September 26th until October 13th. Week 1 saw the students learning about the history of hip hop and how to dance in the Krunk style. Parents/guardians are invited to come and watch their child on Thursday, October 13th while their child participates in the dance program. If you would like to come and watch please check with your child's teacher for their exact dance time.
